Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body's connective tissue network called the fascia. Please see gallery for more information on CST.

T. M. J. Massage

TMJ (joint) massage is a technique used to relieve pain and discomfort associated with TMD (disorder) a condition that affects the jaw joint and surrounding muscles. Done correctly, this technique can relieve pain and discomfort, reduce muscle tension and spasms, improves blood flow to the joint, and enhance range of motion in the jaw. Some techniques require massaging inside the mouth to be best affective.

Youth Massage

Youth Massage therapy is tailored to offer numerous benefits for children, ranging from stress reduction, improved sleep, enhance immune function, improved emotional regulation, relax muscles and calm the mind. Specific techniques and duration may vary depending on the child's age and individual needs. For children ages: 10y-17y, exceptions can be made upon request if younger.

Manual Lymphatic Dranage (MLD)

Back Massage

Relieve tension and promote healing with a Back Massage. This option can be combined with Cupping Therapy which utilizes suction cups to improve blood flow and reduce muscle soreness. Experience a therapeutic massage for back pain relief and muscle recovery.

Deep Tissue Massage

Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue Massage is designed for those that seek more of a structural integration. This modality helps release tight muscles and promotes healing. Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue can help with improving flexibility, range of motion and has a component of relaxation.

Signature Therapeutic

This modality brings table Thai massage and deep tissue together for a renewing and deeply healing massage. Stretching, myofascial release and trigger point techniques are often applied for a harmonious massage.

Trigger Point Therapy

Melt away sore muscles with Trigger Point Therapy. During this massage, practitioners apply direct pressure to a Trigger Point for upwards of 90 second to help release the tension in the muscles. This modality disrupts the feedback loop within your muscles which causes tension and soreness.

Myofascial Release Massage

Myofascial release therapy is a type of gentle, constant massage that releases tightness and pain throughout your myofascial tissues. First, your healthcare provider will locate trigger points, or knots, in your fascial tissues. Then, they'll gently apply pressure until they feel the tension release.

Reiki Therapy

Pregnancy Massage

Stretching is known to improve mobility and circulation throughout the body. It can also improve range of motion as well as help the process of drainage within the lymphatic system. Stretching is for individuals who do sports, those who are active and even those not as active.

Foot Soak & Reflexology (90min)

$50.00 deposit required

Soak the stress of the day away with our foot soak and reflexology package. This is a wonderful session to do after a long day of being on your feet. Indulge in an essential oil and Epsom salt soak before cozying up on our warm memory foam cushioned table. With elevated legs we can provide the perfect foot massage your feet desperately need.

Infused Massage

Locally sourced C.B.D infused massage oil combined with your favorite modality creates a blissful, soothing massage that wont disappoint. In addition to your favorite modality's benefits, you will have the added benefits of decreased inflammation, pain relief, and even mood elevation when selecting this specialized service. Chair Massage
