I grew up in southern Maine, where I discovered the love for the holistic approach to massage that I bring to you today. I’ve had several years of working in Chiropractic offices. There, I found my true desire for massage that led me to build a community based business. I graduated from Massage Therapy school at Zardus School of Massage in Gardiner, Maine and founded the business Heart of a Willow in 2022. Each year, I continue my knowledge in different modalities to better serve my community.
Hayley Costell
I began my journey as a Massage Therapist by seeking treatment for related injuries from my time as a dancer. Inspired by my own deep fascination with the human body's incredible capacity to heal, I attended Panacea school of integrative health. I graduated in 2015 and received my license in early 2016. Since then, I have expanded my education on traditional Swedish massage techniques, Myofascial release, Trigger-point therapy, and have achieved certifications in Craniosacral levels I&II.
Chelsea Edgar
I grew up in Central Maine since birth and I have always found a deep connection to the natural world around me. When I graduated from Zardus School Of Massage, I wanted to bring natural wellness opportunities to my community. My approach to bodywork stems from studies of holistic wellness, human anatomy and its functions. My time out of the office is spent hiking, exploring, and spending time with my animals and family.
Lucas Suarez
Community has always been the heart of my journey. I grew up in Connecticut, there my mother introduced me to yoga. After moving to Maine, I deepened my connection to holistic healing. With about 400 hours of trauma-sensitive yoga training and gaining my Usui Reiki Ryoho certification, I’ve honed my craft in service to others. The healing and support I've received from my community inspires me to create a similar spaces for others—spaces where both body and mind can find safety and restoration.

We are looking for professionals that offer Nail Tech services, Lash Tech services, Teeth Whiting services, another part time hair specialist If you or anyone you know would be great at any of these, please reach out by contacting us! We are also in search of an Aesthetician who can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
