Cancellation Policy
Please understand the Reschedule/Cancellation/No-Show policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We understand life can be hectic and things can get in the way, however, you have a responsibility to show up on time or notify your therapist of any delays or cancellations to allow your therapist the ability to get the appointment slot rebooked.
We ask for a 24 hour advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If we are not notified of a schedule change 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit. If it’s a no-show to your scheduled appointment you will be charged in full for the no-show. You are given a 10 minute grace period. If clients arrive 20+ minutes late, it is 100% the therapists discretion whether they are able to see you for your appointment. If the therapist agrees to proceed with the session after being 20+ minutes late, you are only provided the remaining time left of the session booking.
If the therapists are unable to proceed with the appointment after being 20+ minutes late, you will still be charged the remaining balance of service price.
